SecurePCCleaner, also known as Secure PC Cleaner, is a rogue anti-spyware application which uses highly aggressive marketing tactics. SecurePCCleaner usually installs itself onto your PC without your knowledge and consent, through browser security holes, or via other unconventional and unethical mechanisms. Once it is installed, SecurePCCleaner will display fake security alerts or notifications claiming that your system is infected with imaginary security threats in order to trick the user into buying the commercial version of the program. However, in real SecurePCCleaner is not going to clean your computer from spyware but might actually expose you to more security threats by installing other malicious applications.
