I-Worm.Netsky is a mass-mailing worm designed to spread through computer networks by exploiting security holes on machines connected to the Internet. Once executed, I-Worm.Netsky will continue to propagate itself by sending its copies to email addresses gathered from your PC. In addition, I-Worm.Netsky may attempt to spread with the help of your IRC client by sending its copies to other IRC users online. I-Worm.Netsky may delete several computer files and hijack various web servers. I-Worm.Netsky may also display fake error messages and cause general System and Internet Connectivity issues. We recommend to remove I-Worm.Netsky from your computer as soon as it has been detected.
