SQLite3.dll is used in Python, Safari, Avira, and a few other places.
It was recognized by Spybot as a false positive (not malware).
It might be used by malware, like any run time library, but it isn't usually malware.

Did a flash update via JR.Inno.Setup and it left this file and RAM.dll in my Temp file and in my spybot file and in my registry scan file. It seams that this file makes spybot believe that there are no more updates. It must block the scan of its identity. My attention was called to investigate the flash update when I noticed some extra scroll ticks on bootup before windows starts.

I got sqlite3.dll on my screen. It happened after I updated Skype and after I tried to update Adobe Flash Player (which asked imperatively the I install Google, MSN opening page and Bing). I refused to update Adobe Flash player.

I changed the name from, Sqlite3.dll to Ssqlite3.dll and I rebooted the computer. Every thing worked fine. Skype functions undisturbed.

That is all I know and you can now expand on the above notes.
